This four-week virtual series is a space to slow down, learn about how sleep actually works, and reconnect with your body’s ability to experience deep rest.

I’ll be guiding you through a blend of sleep science and Yoga Nidra (a deeply restful, guided meditation practice) to help you build a sleep ritual that feels realistic and supportive for your life.

Together, we’ll explore the why behind your sleep patterns and gently practice the how of coming back to rest.

Sleep Health Assessment
A chance to look at your current sleep patterns and start noticing what’s actually going on

Weekly Sleep Education
Simple, digestible pieces of sleep science (informed by CBT-I + nervous system work)

Gentle Guided Practices
Guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and gentle movement to help your body unwind, regulate, and practice letting go

Reflection + Small Group Connection
Optional sharing and conversation to help you process and feel less alone in sleep struggles

Your Own Sleep Toolkit
We’ll build something you can actually come back to night after night- nothing rigid or overwhelming

Office Hours to connect outside of Group for any Questions

Who This Is For:

  • You have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep

  • Your mind kicks on the moment your head hits the pillow

  • You feel exhausted but can’t fully relax

  • You’re going through a big life shift, burnout, or just feeling off

  • You want support without strict rules or pressure

How It Works:

We’ll meet once a week for 4 weeks (live, virtual).
Each session will include some teaching, some reflection, and a guided practice.

The group will be small and low-pressure- no need to have any experience with meditation or yoga.

$250 early bird pricing through 4/12
$300 for the full 4 weeks
$50 drop-in (if there’s space)
