Who We Are

Lauren Fiske, MSc, RYT

MoonPath sits at the intersection of personal healing and collective responsibility. It is grounded in the belief that wellbeing is shaped not only by individual choices, but by relationships, communities, and the environments we create together.

Whether through professional training, mental health education, restorative practices, research, or community programming, my work is focused on a single goal:

Helping communities become better prepared to recognize suffering, reduce isolation, foster belonging, and respond before a crisis occurs.

Because caring for one another is not the responsibility of a few professionals.

It is a shared human responsibility.

About Lauren

Lauren B. Fiske, MSc, RYT is a health and wellness professional, yoga teacher, and research contributor whose work bridges public health, mental health, mind-body practices, and trauma-informed care.

Lauren holds a Master of Science in Global Mental Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and King’s College London and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, with a focus in Health Promotion, from the University of Rhode Island.

Her professional experience spans hospital and community-based settings, behavioral health research, patient experience, and mind-body wellness. Lauren facilitates therapeutic yoga through the Healing Arts program at Hasbro Children’s Hospital and contributes to research examining the implementation of accessible, evidence-based mental health interventions for young people. Her broader interests include trauma and resilience, brain injury, sleep, nervous system health, and the ways mind-body practices can complement traditional healthcare.

Lauren is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with additional training and experience in restorative yoga, yin yoga, chair and adaptive yoga, Yoga Nidra/iRest-informed practices, mindfulness, Reiki, Thai bodywork, Mental Health First Aid, and end-of-life support. Her approach is informed by both contemporary behavioral health research and contemplative practices, with an emphasis on accessibility, choice, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience.

Through MoonPath Wellness, Lauren offers Recovery + Resilience Support: individualized, trauma-informed, non-clinical support for people navigating periods of recovery, change, stress, or disruption. Sessions may integrate coaching, recovery planning, resource navigation, mindfulness, gentle yoga and movement, Thai bodywork, somatic practices, and education according to each person’s goals and preferences.

Lauren’s work is collaborative rather than prescriptive. She believes meaningful support begins with listening- understanding the whole person, recognizing the strengths and resources already present, and helping each individual identify practices and pathways that feel sustainable in their own life.
