Join me for Restorative Yoga - Wednesdays, 6-7 pm at Roots in Providence!
Ease the transition from day to evening with this calming, restorative practice designed to help you unwind. We’ll begin with gentle movement to release physical tension, followed by longer-held seated and reclined poses supported by props to invite deep rest.
Throughout class, we’ll weave in breathwork and somatic awareness - practices that help you tune into the sensations of your body and support your nervous system’s natural relaxation response. By combining mindful movement with stillness, this class supports the release of both physical and emotional tension, offering a grounded sense of calm.
