Holistic Thai Bodywork
This is where all new bodywork clients begin.
We’ll start slowly, over a cup of herbal tea, with time to get acquainted and talk about how you’re feeling in your body, your previous experiences with bodywork, and what you’re hoping to receive from our work together.
From there, you’ll settle in for an unhurried, head-to-toe Thai Bodywork experience blending gentle compression, assisted stretching, rhythmic movement, mindful touch, and deep rest. Your session is thoughtfully tailored to you, with plenty of room for communication, choice, and consent throughout.
There’s no rushing in or out. This extended first session gives us time to connect, understand what feels supportive for your body, and create a deeply restorative experience from beginning to end.
Thai Bodywork is traditionally practiced fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat. Please wear soft, comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease.
120 minutes · 1:1 · In-person
Holistic Bodywork is offered for relaxation and general wellness and is not massage therapy, physical therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Focused care for the places asking for your attention.
This 60-minute session offers targeted Thai Bodywork with time devoted to a specific area or intention. Whether you’re carrying tension through your neck and shoulders, craving more ease through your hips and low back, or simply have an area that could use some extra care, we’ll shape the session around what feels most supportive that day.
Your session may blend gentle compression, assisted stretching, rhythmic movement, mindful touch, and stillness. Rather than moving through a full head-to-toe practice, we’ll slow down and give focused attention to one or two areas of the body.
